coming out
of nowhere
my drunken ways
stagger around
for you again
very nice! 🙂
winter sunshine
i can almost hear
crocuses growing
[…] the He Doodles, You ‘Ku, on Aubrie Cox’s Yay Words […]
mirror, mirror
time to step off
the rollercoaster
reverie
these thoughts that drift
in winter tea
I keep floating
haunting sleepers
in their dreams
winter soup
the night gets colder
without her
tiger balm
for my aches and pains-
summer breeze
fern shadows –
how i learn dreaming
from a dragonfly
how many years now in your spin
second shot:
a Grimm spin
on our shipwreck story
the mermaid’s curse
rubbing against rock
the snake sheds
old skin–
a kundalini quiver
up my spine
I hand her a twenty
to tell me my aura
is “muddled”
rainbows falling
from window crystals
perhaps in the sunrise
and sea-spray
your ashes
her usual rant —
that special place
in my mind
aromatically rising
serenely contemplating
another sip from the chalice
perfect!
a ripple of hair —
the way she relaxed
listening to your cello
On second thought:
her streaming hair —
how she relaxed,
your cello crooning
morning shower–
the way you wring out
sunlight
from your hair
Wow, Kathy.
🙂
deep within …
the melody of a
distant song
evening ennui-
finally, letting down
my hair
or,
evening
letting down
her hair
the shell’s
translucence
at her bedside
horse riding-
her hair tie goes
with the wind
