adjusting again:
box of dreams
each time the music plays
I begin
A nutcracker; who is
never tired of dancing?
The Suitcaseballerina!
pirouetting she spins
from herself a twin
…turning in silent glass
dance with me
till the edge of dawn …
blue monarch
box of dreams-
a ballerina dances with
her shadows
Treasures of childhood
Music box ballerina
An empty bedroom
grandmother’s chest
the questions
i never dared ask
en pointe
dancing to music
only she hears
lovely . . .
thanks, Margaret 🙂
[…] the I Doodle, You ‘Ku challenge, on Aubrie Cox’s Yay […]
mute swans on and on the circles we dance
clever . . .
the old maid
spins slowly with her walker
music box unwinds
ballerina in a box dreams lost and found
in a jewel box
a ballerina dances
and dances
Each year Grandma played
her music box song
with a smile.
each time the box opens~
music tune is same~
taking mind to orbit with different spin.
music box dancer
tutu twirling through time
your song plays on
silent rain . . .
inside a music box
a broken doll
